The Demand Generation Manager serves as the operational lead for global campaign execution and regional rollout, bridging strategy and implementation to drive lead generation and marketing performance. Positioned as a key executor between strategic direction and on-the-ground activation, this role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure campaign consistency, system enablement, and data-driven optimization across regions.

**1. Campaign & Program Planning**
- Collaborate closely with global marketing strategy and segmentation leads to design and plan detailed campaign execution components, including channel mix, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain synchronized campaign calendars and activation schedules that align with broader marketing objectives.

**2. Demand Generation Execution**
- Produce campaign toolkits and localization packages to support regional marketing deployment.

**3. Tactical Marketing Activation**
- Support the planning and execution of major global marketing events and initiatives, including pre-event readiness and on-site engagement workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of event touchpoints into lead generation and follow-up programs.

**4. Marketing Infrastructure & Performance Optimization**
- Execute SEO/SEM strategies and paid digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve traffic acquisition goals.

**5. Campaign Creative & Asset Development**
- Translate global brand identity and strategic messaging into localized value propositions, visuals, and campaign content.
- Develop standardized creative toolkits and marketing assets for consistent usage across campaigns and regions.

**6. Regional Coordination & Execution Management**
- Collaborate with regional marketing leads to evaluate localization proposals and budget plans.
- Provide strategic and executional guidance to ensure consistent and effective regional campaign adaptation.

**7. Campaign Performance & Analysis**
- Measure campaign effectiveness against marketing KPIs, leveraging multi-channel marketing data to monitor performance and identify actionable insights.
- Deliver post-campaign analyses, including performance summaries and data-backed recommendations for future improvements.

**8. Digital Experience Optimization**
- Partner with UI/UX and IT teams to enhance the company’s website experience, aligned with digital journey standards.
- Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to track user engagement and inform iterative web improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B campaign management.
- Proven success in executing integrated campaigns across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and performance measurement.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
