**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets related to RedHat SSO.
- Design, develop, and implement custom extensions, themes, and integrations for RedHat SSO (Keycloak-based).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and system health checks.
- Monitor system capacity and performance, taking proactive measures to prevent issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Perform system upgrades, and document detailed technical runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with business continuity and disaster recovery requirements.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience supporting and developing within RedHat SSO environments (Keycloak).
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages used in RedHat SSO customization.
- Strong understanding of AWS Cloud services and architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs and identity federation standards such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Git).
- Understanding of the ITIL framework and service management best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
