Passed CEI (Basic).
- Arrange and conducting interviews with employers and Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs).
- Maintain proper after-sales handling.
- Achieve sales target set by the company.
- Handle administrative work pertaining to clients.
- Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.
- Update and respond to advertisements via social media.
- Meet Clients' requirements.
- Handle private information in a sensitive manner.
- Proficient in MS Word /Powerpoint/ Excel.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to communicate well with Tamil speaking MDWs.
- Familiar and comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) rules and regulations, including preparation of necessary documents to close sales.
- Execute ad hoc activities as required.
- Must be ethical, sincere, passionate, reliable, friendly and customer oriented.
- Possess at least 1 year working experience having worked in an employment agency dealing with Tamil speaking MDWs.
- Possess excellent sales knowledge and is goal-oriented.
