OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive
Promote GMOS full range of services for UK Export Specialist, Fire Protection Systems, HVAC systems & Through Life Mature Asset Services to key End Users, decision makers and influencers within defined territory Singapore & (rest of SEA) marine, offshore, oil & gas markets.
Working with the Sales Manager to implement the agreed strategy for Business development and the promotion of JCI Marine Solutions for retrofits, execution of the Go-To-Market plans, including the evolution of our digital and software service offerings.
Collaborate and coordinate activities across L-Tyco & L-JCI Marine Solutions Teams and also across GMOS & Navy x 12 Branches
Hunter role: Identification (installed base), delivery and conversion of sales opportunities.
**What you will do**:
- Be responsible for promoting GMOS services and retrofit solutions to key decision makers and influencers within the Marine & Offshore market places.
- Target and develop key End User relationships across each of the regions. In particular those associated with the Marine & Offshore.
- Long term goals will include developing a strategy and platform by which we are able to target PSA opportunities for JCI within the territory.
- Short term goals will include meeting management’s sales expectation of individual plan numbers.
- Responsibility for the development and achievement of the JCI Business Development and Growth Plan, including specific sales objectives and financial targets.
- Identify potential and develop those accounts within territory that have a mind-set and can add value as Key Account Service Partners.
- Further develop existing and identify / target new Customer relationships to generate Retrofit business for the complete JCI Fire businesses.
- Develop and maintain a high level of opportunity conversion by maximising strong relationships with potential Customers and decision makers / influencers.
**What we look for**:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline
- Preferably with some knowledge of Production systems, Fire detection systems, Gas Suppression systems, Water and Foam systems.
- Customer focused orientation skills
- Systematic and Logical with a drive to achieve goals and objectives.
- Must thrive in challenging situations and work within the parameters of the organisation
