**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience**as a Civil Engineer in **infrastructure or building projects**in Singapore.
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes, construction standards, and local authority regulations (e.g., BCA, LTA, PUB).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other civil engineering software.
- Strong knowledge in structural, geotechnical, or infrastructure works.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Experience in LTA, HDB, or public sector projects.
- Familiarity with BIM or other digital construction tools.
