We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our global Talent Programmes team to help us hire the brightest future engineers, analysts, and problem-solvers - before the world knows their names. From interns to new grads, you’ll be hiring the next wave of A-players from top universities around the world into tech, data, and product.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment for Talent Programmes globally
- Contributing to the development of early talent hiring strategies and initiatives
- Collaborating with Employer Branding managers on events, activations, and campaigns
- Leveraging data to track performance and improve hiring outcomes
- Partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful execution of Talent Programmes
- Building strong relationships with student organisations, career services, and partner universities
**What you'll need**
- Experience in recruiting for graduate or intern roles, ideally within a multinational tech company, strategy consultancy, or financial services institution
- Knowledge of campus hiring cycles and university engagement strategies
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with employer branding and student marketing campaigns
- Exposure to global or multi-regional recruitment processes
- Data fluency and ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
