The Recruitment Strategy Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by leading innovative recruitment strategies that prioritize talent attraction and retention. This position focuses on enhancing the candidate experience while promoting the company as an Employer of Choice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develops and Executes Talent Acquisition Plans: Develops and executes short- and long-term recruitment plans to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with business needs.
- Promotes Employer Branding: Promotes the organization through employer branding efforts across digital platforms, career fairs, and internal initiatives.
- Optimizes Talent Sourcing Strategies: Optimizes and evaluates talent sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment tools to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Manages End-to-End Recruitment Processes: Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Provides Recruitment Insights: Serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing recruitment insights and guiding hiring decisions.
- Analyzes Recruitment Metrics: Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and process enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field required.
- At least 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and people-centric approach.
- Dynamic, energetic, and adaptable with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
