Responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-user computing (EUC) technologies, ensuring seamless operation and integration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools within the organization.

**Your Responsibilities**

1. EUC Infrastructure Management
- Oversee daily operations of desktop, laptop, and mobile device environments.
- Manage collaboration tools and ensure optimal performance across platforms.

2. Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Develop and implement device compliance and configuration policies using Intune and other MDM solutions.

3. Policy and Procedure Development
- Establish and maintain EUC policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

4. Procurement and Lifecycle Management
- Oversee procurement of EUC hardware and software.
- Manage licensing, asset inventory, and device lifecycle from acquisition to retirement.

5. Security and Compliance
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce endpoint security measures such as antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
- Ensure EUC systems adhere to corporate IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

6. Project Management
- Lead EUC-related initiatives including technology upgrades, system migrations, and hardware/software rollouts.

7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor EUC system performance and user experience.
- Analyze performance trends and implement continuous improvements.

8. Technical Support and Escalations
- Provide expert-level support for escalated technical issues and critical incidents.

9. Vendor and Service Provider Management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure delivery of quality EUC solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Windows OS administrator: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Intune or similar MDM administrator: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 administrator: 2 years (preferred)
