Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role supports APAC largest business unit - Engineering & Construction (E&C) as a People Enabler. Whilst being able to roll-up sleeves, walk the ground and understand workers’ issues at the dormitory level, he/she facilities and participates in management meetings, ready to drive new people agenda in this growing platform.
**Responsibilities**
- Advise business managers / stakeholders on HR related matters in line with statutory laws and company guidelines
- Support the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, grievance handling, exit management
- Assist to coordinate and execute HR annual exercises and / ad hoc initiatives including Workforce Planning, Talent Review, Compensation Review
- Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards to support analysis and business requirements.
- Perform HR operational and administrative support
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Management or equivalent majors
- At least 5 years relevant HRBP experience; with strong track record in end-to-end employee life cycle management in a fast-paced environment; those with experience in engineering industries would be advantageous
- Organised, meticulous and able to work with numbers and details
- Enjoy people interaction, a good listener; strong communication ability both written and spoken
- High IT proficiency, at least in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
