Do you want to be part of what we do next? We now have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as our new Regional Head of Marketing & Communications for our Asia Pacific (APAC) markets, based out of our office in Singapore.
**Job Description**:
As Regional Head of Marketing & Communications you will have autonomy to make decisions and challenge the status quo. We’re looking for someone with a creative and strategic mind set to develop, implement and execute a marketing and communications plan for COS in APAC which will play a key part in our exciting growth plans for the region.
What you will do:
- Develop a Marketing & Communications strategy for the COS APAC region including specific optimizations and activations across markets including China, Korea, Japan, South-East Asia, Australia and New Zealand
- Lead a team of 6 direct reports operating across a variety of disciplines including digital marketing, PR, marketing and events, creating a wholistic but refined strategy for each
- Leverage the impact of global campaigns whilst developing unique regional initiatives and activations to coincide with key commercial moments throughout APAC
- Optimise Marketing and PR investments in each market, build brand awareness now and for the future through exciting collaborations and activations
- Set the Marketing & PR budget and KPIs for the region, following up that we are on track to succeed in our growth ambitions
- Provide consumer insights to refine market requirements for new and existing products, as well as opportunities to grow
- Manage partnerships with external agencies to ensure that opportunities are maximised, and all content created is on brand, inspirational and commercial
- Ensure alignment of Marketing & PR activity plans with other departmental plans
- Train and coach stakeholders in effective communication for internal & external audiences
- Establish good relations with relevant corporate and fashion media outlets to ensure COS is represented in line with brand messaging and guidelines

- Previous experience working in a senior management role within marketing and communications with experience and/or knowledge in at least two of the disciplines
- Digital Marketing
- Events
- Communications/PR
- Advertising
- Experience working for Agency or in-house. Relevant fashion industry experience will is highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of marketing within the APAC region, including countries beyond the South-East Asia Region.
- Clear track record of building brand awareness, manging budgets and developing effective marketing strategies
- Skilled in working with key stakeholders both in and outside the region and getting the most out of those relationships
- Must have experience working as a leader with staff responsibility
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
