**Job Duties
The main duties are detailed as follows:

- To analysis, identify and assist enterprise and individuals on their learning and developmental needs;
- To introduce and secure enrolments for seminars, workshops, programmes, in-house trainings and new clients;
- To maintain regular and strong customer relationship to achieve clients retention and referral rate;
- To coordinate with client and external service provider for the logístical arrangement for programme / training / meeting / in-house training event to ensure smooth running of operation to meet objectives;
- To maintain and upkeep the database and documents filing to be accurate and relevant
- To provide administrative support to prepare programmes / training / meeting / in-house training event materials and other necessary actions0
- To perform any other ad-hoc task(s) assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Educated to diploma or higher level
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external customers
- Ability to organise and plan own work
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
