**Position**

As an experienced Project Management Officer, you will be in charge of the PMO activities for IT Production Services, and will be part of the Control Tower team.
- ITS is responsible for the production support of the IT Infrastructure of the bank.

**Main responsibilities**

This position requires to work closely with a variety of people, from within and from outside the department: Section heads, Team Heads, Project Managers, HR, Admin and Finance teams in Singapore and Paris.

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication and relationship with all of the department teams and partners.

**Detailed responsibilities**
- Reporting and Quality Assurance
- o Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
- o Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects.
- Governance
- o Provide support to the management during governance meeting
- o Backup Head of Department on Business Continuity Plan exercices (BCP), crisis management, permanent control governance, administrative activities etc.
- Coordination with other groups
- o Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
- o Coordinate with Admin department for booking, travels, supplies, office materials premises
- o Coordinate with Infrastructure team for machine inventories and licenses
- Change, collaboration and process
- o Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with CACIB / ISAP compliance and security rules and controls
- o Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
- o Initiate processes for transverse activities such as new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, etc.

**Qualifications and Profile**

**Functional**
- Experienced in PMO activities or in a project management role (minimum of 4 years)

**Technical**
- Ms Excel (pivot table), Ms Project (EPM), Ms Powerpoint, Ms Sharepoint

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to easily communicate with multi-cultural team members

- Certification on Project Management (Prince 2 or PMP) would be a plus-

Diploma and above in relevant discipline
