We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled **Jnr Arch Coord**/ **BIM Modeler**to join our team. You will be responsible for developing accurate and coordinated 3D models using BIM software to support design, coordination, and construction phases of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Generate detailed shop drawings and construction documents based on the model.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination between various disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP).
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure design intent is maintained and project timelines are met.
- Maintain and organize BIM files and model data according to project standards.
- Implement mark-ups and design changes from consultants or internal teams.
- Support BIM coordination meetings when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and other BIM-related software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp).
- At least **1-3 years**of relevant experience in BIM modeling (fresh graduates with strong BIM knowledge are also welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and modeling principles.
- Ability to interpret design intent and convert it into accurate BIM models.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in MEP modeling is an added advantage (optional line).
