**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractor, Relevant Agency
- Perform Architectural/Structural Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
- Create and update Architectural/Structural Models based on contract drawings and latest information
- Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
- Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
- Produce BIM deliverables for Construction, documentation and Develop BIM with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
- Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner
- Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (Architectural/Structural)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Structural / Architectural BIM Models related projects
- Well versed in Revit
- Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models
