**Job Summary**

The Admin Assistant role supports the admin duties in the company. He/she works closely with the owner/ principal therapist to provide admin support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth-running of the company.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Provides administrative support and duties to ensure efficient operations of the company
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Sourcing and purchasing of required items for the operations of the company
- Checking and tallying of commissions and accounts receivable from freelance therapists
- Recording of meeting minutes
- Liaising with outsourced finance for financial matters
- Checking and filing of paperwork and support bookkeeping procedures
- Coordinate with new team members' onboarding matters
- Scheduling interviews and follow-up with interviewees
- Compiling and submitting of monthly petty cash
- Managing client questions and new client registration matters
- Issuing invoices and tallying invoice and manage cancellations
- Prepare and issue payslips at the end of each month to the owner for payroll
- Tracking leaves and claims
- Maintaining cleanliness of the office at all times
- Personal assistant to founder
- Provide operational support to the operations team, if and when required

**Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.**

Job Requirements
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays (10am to 4pm)
- Work in a start-up/fast paced environment
- Solid analytical skills, strong follow up, organised and detail-oriented
- Good spoken and written english
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Flexible and ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: $800.00 per month
