Job Responsibilities:

- The intern will use authoring tools to generate Javascript snippets and integrate into existing HTML5 project templates. The intern will use automated tools to port HTML5 designs to other programming languages and game engines. The intern will learn to integrate the ported code into several sample projects for various programming languages.
- The intern will use HTML5/C++/C#/Java programming languages. The intern will use code from existing mods to alter and add new RGB effects to game mods. The intern will make use of mod systems and events to add RGB game effects. The intern will follow documentation to compile, install, and run game mods. The intern will publish mods for various mod systems.
- The intern will update designs and sample projects using VS Code, Visual Studio, Eclipse, and Android Studio.
- The intern needs to be familiar with Steam and tools. Some game mods require tools like SteamCmd to run command-line scripts to setup and run game mods. Some game mods have both servers and clients.
- The intern will use video recording and editing for documentation. The intern will record video of RGB designs and game mods to demonstrate exciting new features. The intern will edit video to create clips used in RGB designs.
- The intern will use GIT for source control in order to post documentation, videos, and source on Github.

Learning Objectives:

- Expand technical artist skills by creating unique content for AAA games
- Become adept at code porting converting and creating sample code in various game engines (C++, Unreal, Unity, Godot, GameMaker)

Pre-Requisites:
- Available to commit for a minimum of 6 months to maximise learning exposure
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or other related field.
- Familiarity with Steam tools, Javascript, typescript, HTML5/C++/C#/Java programming languages
- Understanding of game development and game mods. Experience creating game mods preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision.
