**As a regional trainer at Similarweb, you will**:

- Facilitate knowledge sharing between Similarweb’s EMEA operation and APAC
- Guide new hires through their onboarding experience, ensuring they’re set up for success
- Provide 1:1 coaching and support to team managers to ensure that they are aligned to all of Similarweb’s training methodologies and frameworks
- Align with regional leaders to identify training gaps, work with global partners and deliver in-market training to drive performance
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of training and make changes where appropriate
