Singapore Beacon Consulting Full time

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Trainer to conduct soft-skills training in areas such as customer service, leadership, team-building and various professional soft-skills development programme. Strong training delivery skills for multiple clients in service-related industries is a must.

The Trainer is expected to oversee the entire training delivery work from the preparation of training materials and logistics to the actual training delivery. The incumbent must be willing to travel to conduct training for various clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Beacon offers in-person and virtual training, synchronous and asynchronous learning to our clients. If virtual and online training excites you, this career is what you are looking for.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimally ACTA / ACLP certified
- Minimum 1 year experience
- DACE certified will be advantageous
- Experienced in conducting soft-skills training
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and a second language to liaise with Chinese, Malay, etc. speaking clients
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, and e-learning authoring tools
- Confident, independent and yet a team player
- Must be willing to travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
