The Job Holder is responsible for supporting the operations of the CareHub Care and Call Centre, which involves supporting the hotline, liaison with patients and residents, coordination of requests to appointment booking for regular screening and vaccination to improve population health in the NUHS Regional Health System.

Responsibilities include:

- Make outbound calls to reach out to the population to stay healthy and well in the community
- Assist in the implementation and operations of initiatives and enablers (e.g. IT-related projects) to enhance care integration and improve population health

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Meticulous, service oriented and display positive attitude.
- Strong communication and team player.
- Adaptable and able to think on feet.
- Experience in call centre or service line will be advantageous.
- Ability to speak various languages will be advantageous.
