**Responsibilities**
- Overall leadership and management of the Logistics team in their day-to-day operations, coaching and development
- Develop, implement, and review operational and logistic policies and procedures including but not limited to freighting, storage and distribution; to continuously improve logistics process efficiency
- Simplify the process on how logistic, procurement and sales work together.
- To Improve accuracy & efficiencies of logistic team in all countries
- Develop Logistic onboarding & Training Kit
- Maintains appropriate, detailed process documentation and scope of work and ensure it is updated regularly and distributed to relevant parties.
- Build logistic Partner in APAC
- Set up pre-approved logistic partner list
- Support in the selection and evaluation of 3rd party forwarder and transportation companies, including drafting the scope of work to negotiate on the fees
- Build Relationship with key logistic partner
- Quarterly review of performance of logistic partner in terms of performance and pricing
- Understand what sales & their client’s needs, plan & arrange shipment based on sales & customer requirements
- Prepare and manage all shipping-related documents required for export & import.
- Work with sales and respective logistic team to solve issues when issues arise. Follow up, and find solution for unexpected situation like stuck at customs, urgent delivery, receiver can’t receive, customer last minute change of delivery address
- Develop Logistic Performance Metrics
- Provide monthly management reports on overall performance against agreed KPI’s in the areas of team members, customers, delivery matters and other matters relating to warehousing and delivery

**Requirement**
- Min 5 years’ experience in a sizeable business desirable, preferably with experience in People management and Process Improvement capabilities
- Experience in International Shipping is a must
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong customer orientation and organization skills
- Possess can do attitude and strong team player
- Proven people management skills, self-motivated, take initiatives and promote teamwork
- Strong problem solving and execution skills, such as implementation of corrective measures.
- Ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems and provide creative ideas/solutions to resolve problems
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to deal with both English and Chinese-speaking contractors)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
