**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable **Farmer Assistant**to help us care for our vanilla plants and support daily farm operations. No experience is needed — just a love for plants, willingness to learn, and a good attitude

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Watering, pruning, and training vanilla vines
- Assisting in hand-pollination during the flowering season (training provided)
- Checking plant health and reporting any issues (pests, diseases)
- Simple farm maintenance (cleaning, organizing, setting up supports)
- Helping with basic packing and preparation of vanilla products
- Supporting events like farmers' markets or pop-up booths when needed

**Requirements**:

- Love for plants, nature, and working outdoors
- Physically fit and able to handle farm work under sun and rain
- Willingness to learn and follow farm processes
- Responsible, honest, and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- No prior farming experience required (training provided)
