Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Optimize and tune dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain data extracts, data sources, and Tableau Server/Online deployments.
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Automate reporting processes and support ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Work closely with data engineers and database teams to integrate and prepare data from multiple sources.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in visualization, UX, and data governance..

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI/Reporting role.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep.
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with performance tuning of Tableau dashboards.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
