**Role**:We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with expertise in both delivery management and project execution with strong knowledge of Project Management Standards (PMS) and Service Delivery Framework (SDF) and has good IT acumen to deliver projects with quality and compliance

**Key Reponsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with different Business functions,Technology, Data and Vendor teams to deliver strategic business objectives.
- Drive project implementations from business idea to post-production support
- Specialised experience in Finance and Risk transformation/Change transformation projects for clients across BFSI and Fintech sectors, amongst others.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements and regularly communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor project budget, expenditures, and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices in project management, including scope management, change control, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- **Minimum of 10 years **of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- **Strong background **in delivery management, including resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent **leadership and communication skills **, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on expertise on **ERP / BI, data analytics and reporting tools**:

- Knowledgeable in **Cloud, Kubernetes, Big data, APIs, Tableau,Data Management and Security**:

- **PMP Certification + Certified Scrum Master **would be preferred.
