**Responsibilities**:
1. Participate in the company's technical architecture design, implementation and performance optimisation.

2. Responsible for solving various challenges and technical difficulties brought about by high concurrency, high stability and complex business models. Improve the disaster tolerance and fault tolerance of the system under high concurrency and high traffic flow, and ensure the high availability of the system (performance, security, capacity).

4. Improve the development efficiency through the improvement of development tools or development methods, participate in the formulation of design and implementation of various R & D specifications, and guide the design, implementation and deployment work.

5. Participate in the research and analysis of customer's technical requirements.

6. Guide and train middle and senior development engineers, review design, and ensure the quality of R&D.

7. Participate in the training of various senior technical talents.

8. Participate in the screening and selection of various types of senior technical talent, and guide the planning of staff career development.

**Qualifications**:
1. Solid java programming foundation, proficient in Java EE, microservices, message middleware and other related technologies; on a variety of open source frameworks such as Spring, message middleware, etc.

2. Familiar with commonly used data structures and algorithms

3. 10+ years of experience in JAVA development, 3+ years of experience in large-scale high concurrency system architecture design.

4. Proficient in multi-threaded programming with high concurrency experience.

6. Willing to accept challenges, good teamwork spirit and communication skills, good stress tolerance.

7. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors.

8. B-end gaming, sports experience, good English listening, reading and writing skills are preferred.

**Work location**: Pasay, Philippines

**Work arrangement**:Onsite, 6 days a week, 9 hours per day (include 1 hr lunch break), 4 days off per month

**Salary**: up to 300K PHP / 8k SGD

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
