**About this opportunity**

The Role of iTero Data and Reporting Analyst is to collaborate and support the success of the iTero APAC team through quality data and reporting analytics. The person will work in close partnership with operations, sales operations and services team in order to understand the business needs and requirements in order to design the appropriate tools, reports and analytics for the group.

**In this role, you will**
- Key responsibilities:

- Analyze data related to business process and develops reports, dashboards, and/or cubes using major available data sets.
- Maintain current reports and optimize them when applicable.
- Work cross functionally with Operations, Sales Operations, Services, Marketing, IT, BI to understand requirements develop supporting reports and analysis by finding the correct data sources.
- Provide analysis on a need to basis, in response to requests or to support recommendations.
- Proactively provide new reporting that would give more actionable business insights.
- Data collection, reduction and preliminary analysis of requests.
- Identify process and other improvements within the department
- Contribute to the development of a sustainable continuous process improvement framework to increase operational efficiency
- Additional responsibilities:

- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.

- Strong logical thinking and good data analysis ability, able to establish recommendations with data support.
- Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, major in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Information Management and System or other related professional is preferred.
- Has four years and above experience in data collection, statistics and analysis
- Proficient in Excel, SQL or Access and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented
