**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. Financial Accounting & Reporting**
- Oversee and ensure accurate bookkeeping and full set of accounts for multiple clients, including general ledger,AR, AP, fixed assets, and accounting schedules.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statements, and supporting schedules) in accordance with SFRS and client requirements.
- Have experience in preparing consolidated accounts.

**2. Tax Compliance & Advisory**
- Prepare and review GST and withholding tax filings; ensure timely and accurate submission in compliance with IRAS regulations.
- Prepare and review corporate income tax computations and filings.
- Provide proactive advisory support to clients, including guidance on GST treatment, withholding tax, and corporate tax implications.

**3. Financial Statements & Audit Coordination**
- Prepare and review year-end financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards(SFRS).
- Act as the main liaison with external auditors; coordinate and manage annual audit processes including audit queries and supporting documentation.

**4. Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients; provide timely responses to accounting and tax queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing value-added advisory services on accounting and regulatory matters.
- Guide clients on financial processes, compliance obligations, and best practices.

**5. Compliance & Regulatory Updates**
- Ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements and professional standards (IRAS, ACRA, SFRS,etc.).
- Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry practices; provide updates and training to team and clients as needed.

**6. Team Supervision & Process Improvement**
- Supervise and review work performed by junior team members; provide mentorship and technical guidance.
- Assist in streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency through automation or best practices.

**7. Other Duties**
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects related to accounting, taxation, or business advisory as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Possess ISCA, ACCA, CPA or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in outsourced accounting and/or audit firms.
- Strong understanding of SFRS and IRAS regulations, including GST, corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
