We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand Narrative & Social Media Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice and narrative across social media platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement objectives.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brand story.
- Create high-quality and visually appealing social media content across various formats (text, images, videos) that adheres to brand guidelines and identity.
- Manage and schedule social media content calendars ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and generate insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
- Engage and interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive brand community.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and implement innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
