**Technical Writer
In Envision Digital, our technical writers are content officers who will be responsible for the end-to-end content design, development, and management cycle.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Analyze content requirements for solutions, services, and functions of EnOS. Plan the content projects, coordinate resource, and carry out development and publish plan.

2. Work closely with product managers to prepare product awareness content such as whitepapers, datasheets.

3. Work closely with SMEs and developers to gain deep understanding about the product features as well as relevant domain knowledge, develop information such as step-by-step tutorials and API/SDK documentation that faces technical solution architects, developers, ensure technical accuracy of content deliverables.

4. Work with SMEs on technical blogs.

5. Work with technical editor, to ensure readability and quality.

6. Collect feedback from internal and external clients through user research, to ensure the delivery of user-centered documentation and training materials.

7. Involve from product design phase, define glossary, design content models, and determine publish channels. Follow the product development iteration plans to develop UI text, supporting documentation and training materials.

8. Assist in preparing and refining sales, marketing, and support collaterals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or other engineering majors with an understanding of the software industry;
- Strong interest in new technologies and fast learning capability;
- Experience with technical writing or technical editing;
- Good command of DITA, technical content models, and writing styles.
- Excellent command of written and oral English;
- Good team player with excellent communication skill talking to different roles;
- Highly independent, pro-active and open-minded, good problem-solver
- Comfortable in a fast-paced multi-task environment;
- Passion in new technology and in writing, fast learning;
- Knowledge with new technologies such as cloud, IoT, big data, artificial intelligence is a plus.
- Knowledge with energy industry such as solar, wind, and energy storage is a plus.
