**Audio-Visual Field Technician**

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on **Field Technician**with a background in Audio-Visual (AV) or related technology. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational technical skills to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and growing industry.

**Position Summary**:
This role involves the installation, maintenance, and support of AV/IT systems at client sites. You will work closely with a team to ensure high-quality service delivery and technical support, all while maintaining safety and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/IT equipment at various client locations
- Provide on-site technical support and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during site work

**Requirements**:

- Polytechnic diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Audio-Visual or Technology field **(fresh graduates or those looking to enter the AV industry are welcome to apply)**:

- Basic understanding of electrical systems or relevant technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working directly with clients on-site is a plus
