**Responsibilities**

**1. Project Coordination & Supervision**
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring the work aligns with design plans, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, in-house workers, project managers, and engineers to resolve site issues and meet milestones

**2. Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Inspect construction work for adherence to drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.
- Address non-compliance swiftly and implement corrective action

**3. Health, Safety & WSH Compliance**
- Enforce workplace safety protocols (WSH), conduct safety audits and toolbox talks, and monitor compliance daily
- Supervise safe operations of machinery and equipment.

**4. Material & Resource Management**
- Plan and monitor manpower and material allocations to stay within budget and prevent supply shortages.

**5. Reporting & Record‑Keeping**
- Prepare progress logs, inspection reports, site documentation, safety records, and daily updates for management

**6. Team Leadership & Communication**
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site crews. Liaise with design teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Duty must be performed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, it is mandatory**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Typically, a diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) certification often required.or Masters degree.
- **Experience**: Usually 3-5 years of site supervision experience
