- Perform engineering work in the workshop such as dismantling, cleaning, inspection, measurement, repair, maintenance and reassembling

**Requirements**:

- Experience in overhauling, servicing diesel engine / main engine / auxiliary engine component
- The ability to carry heavy loads and to stand, sit, and stoop for prolonged periods
- Able to operate basic workshop equipment like drilling, welding, grinding
- Must be willing to perform HANDS-ON work in mechanical repairs, installations and removals
- Practical experience with tools and equipment used in marine maintenance.
- Ability to perform measurement of items in workshop/on board/at site to conform to specs and highlight earliest practically possibility and remedy if off specs.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Must be open to commit for OT
