**Technical Superintendent (LNG)
We are seeking an experienced LNG Technical Superintendent. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of LNG vessels. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success and safety of fleets, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the technical and operational aspects of LNG vessels, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess vessel condition, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with onboard and shore-based teams to plan and execute maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze vessel performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and classification societies, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to onboard crew members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a proven track record in managing LNG vessels.
- Former seafarer, Chief Engineer, with practical experience on LNG vessels, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of vessel operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for technical analysis and reporting.
