**About Datadog**:
**The Team**:
Datadog’s APAC GTM Strategy and Operations team is a recently created team crossing strategy and operations. Our team drives excellence in day-to-day GTM operations for the region. In addition, we deliver incremental revenue by running ongoing processes that uncover, synthesize, and prioritize improvement opportunities based on analytics that lead to direct insights and actions. We build business cases for APAC investment and optimize resources during annual planning and as part of our normal course of business. The team collaborates closely with other regions to share learnings and accelerate the global business overall while providing critical input for central GTM HQ to enhance global systems, tools, programs, strategies, and processes to best work within APAC. We also lead execution of global initiatives within the region where applicable.
**The Opportunity**:
**You Will**:
- Foster strong relationships with regional and global cross-functional partners to improve strategy and operations for APAC while also giving back improvement ideas to other regions
- Execute and implement Global policies adapted to the APAC region
- Advise and recommend strategies to regional leaders with regards to company needs in the region
- Provide analysis, reports, and recommendations about rep and team performance to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Work with sales to drive their understanding and adoption of key processes while making them more productive
- Execute opportunity and territory management, lead & account assignments, reporting & dashboards, rules of engagement, and more
- Help us make business improvements and decisions through analysis
- Contribute ideas for process improvement observed in your day to day
**You bring**:
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Strategy and Operations, consulting, banking, PE, or analytical field, preferably with SaaS experience
- Experience working on a regional / global role within a matrix organization
- Familiarity with APAC cultures and market needs in the context of Cloud businesses
- Effective senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles
- Ability to generate analytics and qualitative insights on how to improve the business, while maintaining business effectiveness & efficiency
- Organizational skills and a results-orientation with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility to take on new priorities
- Experience with Salesforce and BI Tools (Tableau, Metabase, etc)/SQL or a willingness to learn on the job
- Excitement about collaborating with others to solve problems
- Ability to manage competing priorities with deadlines
- Bachelor Degree
