Singapore Axiom Law Full time

We are currently seeking **Funds / Asset Management** **Lawyers**to join our team and support our Fortune 500 clients:
**Qualifications**:

- Qualified lawyer with minimum of 1 or more years of experience in investment funds practice from lawfirms, or experience with asset management firms
- Strong knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations applicable to investment funds

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds, including drafting offering documents, fund agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Advise on compliance with Singapore laws and regulations governing investment funds such as SFA, MAS
- Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses, subscription agreements, partnership agrements, and management agreements
- Assist in fund transactions and regulatory matters and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
