**Position Overview**:As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the Singapore market. You will have the support of dedicated outbound and inbound business development representatives, along with leads generated through advertising efforts, trade shows, and partner referrals. Your role will involve consultative selling, recognizing buying signals, and successfully converting prospects by aligning their objectives with the Dotdigital solution. With excellent negotiation and closing skills, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver on quarterly and annual new customer revenue sales targets, exceeding sales quota in a team-based environment.
- Build and manage an active pipeline through the sales cycle, providing accurate monthly revenue forecasting.
- Generate self-generated sales opportunities monthly through outbound channels, sales tools, and strategies.
- Manage and coordinate communication between Dotdigital and client stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are met throughout the sales process and post-sales handover.
- Track all activity in the CRM and related tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to prospects' requests for face-to-face meetings, RFIs, and RFPs by preparing high-quality sales documents and presentations.
- Qualify sales-ready leads accurately and in a timely manner, progressing them into sales opportunities or disqualifying if they do not meet necessary criteria.
- Conduct a consistently high number of high-quality product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Dotdigital platform features, industry trends, pricing plans, and service portfolio to effectively sell the right solution to new customers.
- Continually enhance your marketing technology industry knowledge and demonstrate commercial understanding.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (Martech/SaaS preferred) and a proven track record of identifying clients and closing sales
- Proven success in a target-driven new business SaaS sales role, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas within a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with stakeholders across various business environments.
- Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and proven ability to effectively close leads
- Self-motivated, persistent and goal-oriented attitude and can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
- While not mandatory, formal sales training or certifications would be advantageous and demonstrate your commitment to professional development and growth
- Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)
