**Retail Assistant Wanted**:

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Operation Manager.
Managing day-to-day store operations.
Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.

**Your Responsibilities**:
✔ Operate and manage the retail store.
✔ Promote and demonstrate **Breo travel massagers**to tourist & walk-in.
✔ Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
✔ Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
✔ Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
✔ Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
✔ Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
✔ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
✔ Maintain accurate daily sales records.
✔ Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
✔ Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
GCE 'O' Level with at least **1 years**of retail experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Self-driven and motivated to grow in a retail career.
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
Able to commit to **shift work**retail hours**, including **weekends & public holidays**.
