- Focus on solving recurring/ long-term system issues through detailed understanding of the design or engineering concepts.
- Lead and support automation/control related projects. Develop/review project documentations and related SOPs. Perform equipment/software validation.
- Prepare training materials on respective process/ system/ equipment in term of operation, maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Innovate, provide and implement ideas for process or equipment improvement.
- Ensure the system/equipment are comply with HSE, and Alcon quality requirement.
- Minimum 3 -5 years relevant working experience in control software development lifecycle, system implementation and system maintenance / supports.
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is advantaged.
- Hands on knowledge on Automation Engineering, PLC/SCADA/MES system, Microsoft SQL/Oracle/Access database, Microsoft Visual Basic/C#/ASP.net, IT (Infrastructure/Network), Project Management, Equipment/Computerized System Validation (21 CFR Part 11).
