**Overview**:
A well-established marine company located in Tuas is seeking a **Senior Field Engineer **on **Staff** position.

**Benefits**
- S$ 4000 - 8000 per month depending on relevant experience
- 2 Years contract, renewable
- Contract Completion Bonus - 1 month for each complete Year of Service therefore 2 Months for 2 Years Contract. Only given on 2 years Contract Completion
- 14 Days Annual Leave
- 14 Days Medical Leave
- All other Leaves as per Company Policy
- Working Hours 730 am to 530 pm Mon to Thurs, 730 am to 430 pm Fri

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all Automation & Control System activities during construction and assembling; these activities shall include field engineering, construction and assembling, configuration, programming, technical assistance, commissioning, tests, start-up and assisted operation
- Provide specialist skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice
- Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed
- Provide technical interface between the Project, Construction, Commissioning and start[1]up of the Sub-systems and Operations systems on the FPSO
- Give direct supervision and operational guidance to the workgroup and services personnel
- Recommend new work methods to improve safety and/or efficiency
- Provide operational input to onshore project teams throughout the onshore phase of project
- Participate in project HAZID’s and HAZOP’s when available
- Inspect construction equipment and report potential problems to the appropriate discipline leads
- Manage interfaces within a project structure, including other disciplines, drawing office, document control, project management, client and suppliers
- Develop job specific procedures
- Other tasks as assigned by Project Management Team, commensurate with individuals experience, skills and capabilities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in process automation and control system. Experience in FPSO and Offshore Production Unit is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in process plant electrical system design is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and able to communicate effectively with internal customer such as Applications, Automation & Controls, and Commissioning as well as external customers
