**About the Opportunity**

We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join our managed Healthcare team to drive the development and expansion of our Healthcare service provider network.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Build enduring strategic partnerships with new and existing panel providers to enhance value for our patients and ensure that quality of care and operational targets are achieved.
- Recruit, manage and engage panel providers.
- Manage communications with providers, including resolving issues pertaining to providers, and advising providers about systems, work processes, policies and procedures.
- Project management, data analysis, reporting and system operations.
- Monitor, analyze and review panel performance to facilitate operational and business planning.
- Review potential business opportunities and process improvements, and propose optimal solutions to enhance operational returns, service levels and efficiency.
- Support any other ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

**What We Are Looking for**
- Degree in Health Management Services or Business-related courses.
- High proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated positivity and adaptability, especially when confronted with challenging tasks.
- Exceptional analytical, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about driving change to improve business outcomes and promote innovations.
- **Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare provider community.**
