**Job Description**:

- Responsible for analytics-as-a-service to the whole company, overseeing the design and delivery of high performance computers, reports, and insights to help stakeholders analyze business performance and areas of improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of high performing Data Analysts.
- Define and lead strategy, roadmap, and long term vision for analytics for the company
- Build a strong data culture, engaging cross-functional stakeholders to educate and train them to make data-informed decisions using self-service analytical tools

Job Requirements:

- Quantitative discipline: Mathematics, Statistics, Business Studies, Operations research/Decision Science or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in research and statistics-related work, preferably in a data processing role.
- Experience with handling data (merging data and data transformation) and proficiency in programming language.
- Familiarity or experience with legal industry processes will be an advantage.
- Practical experience in using data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to work well both independently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
