**Your new company**
Our client is a well-known financial institution who is expanding their Investment Banking arm.
**Your new role**
Reporting into the Head of Investment Banking, you'll be responsible for the execution of IPO's, RTO's, and other corporate finance transactions as well as being involved in M&A advisory transactions. Other responsibilities will include assisting the Head of IB with the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have some corporate finance experience and spoken Mandarin will be essential in this role as you speak to various stakeholders. Ideally, if you have some M&A experience, this will be beneficial but not essential.
