Lead Analyst, Human Resources

**Job Purpose**: This is a generalist Business Partner support role. The role manages headcount, budgeting reports, forecasting, compensation and benefits review, payroll administration including liaison with Finance and audit, survey submissions, supervise to ensure that regulatory requirements on maintaining of proper employment records, Fair Employment Guidelines, etc are adhered to.
**Reports to**: Head of HR, Singapore and Australia (solid line)
**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results**:
Prepare monthly and ad hoc headcount, attrition and other statistics.
Manage the quarterly budgeting and forecasting exercises, including the provision of payroll and HR budget. This includes liaising with Finance and troubleshooting and reconciling the numbers.
Supports the Annual Compensation process and mid cycle and ad hoc reviews
Prepares salary and promotion letters, compensation proposals for new hires
Conducts benefits reviews including actuarial policy and increment
Review HR policy to ensure it is aligned to changes in regulations and ensure competitiveness
Medical administration / enrollment, insurance for Singapore and Australia
Payroll Checker and prepare reports for the various Finance departments and provide statistics as requested
Involve in Payroll migration project and other enhancement activities
Provide logístical support for Talent and Succession Planning
Support Cultural and staff engagement activities, including DEI, Health & Wellness activities
Support Learning and Development Planning and Coordination
Provide support in performance management including performance improvement plans and other ER related areas including Individual Accountability and Conduct matters
Vendor management for payroll, compensation and benefits related matters
Support in MAS reporting, and all survey matters
Conduct recruitment interviews for a select employee grouping
Onboarding local orientation
Setting up of workday information for new joiners
Offboarding matters including managing the exit interview statistics, preparing the final pay computation and going through with leavers. This also include preparing acceptance of resignation letters, termination letters, providing support in redundancy related matters
Liaise with the Singapore National Employer’s Federation
Review operational efficiency within HR
Leave cover for HR colleagues
Ad hoc duties as assigned
**Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment**:
Staying current of regulatory changes and ensuring that policies and practices are compliant with requirements
The need to navigate complex internal and external stakeholders to find compliant solutions in new markets that are heavily regulated

**Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements**:
University education required;
At least 10 years of HR experience in the financial services industry;
Experience in compensation and benefits and payroll
**Personal Competencies Required**:
Strong numerical skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external stakeholders
Inquisitive and current with regulatory requirements/changes and HR trends
Ability to work under pressure and able to deliver quality work within a quick turnaround time
Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
Ability to exercise judgement
