**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team in formulating and implementing marketing strategies and policies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop marketing mix strategies and comprehensive marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Execute and implement marketing plans and programs while measuring their effectiveness.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy to explore new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to increase sales leads, inquiries, and conversions.
- Enhance market awareness of the company through effective branding and marketing initiatives.

- Degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and brand management, with a proven go-to-market background.
- Experience in digital marketing for the Fintech sector will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing successful marketing teams.
