**The role**

You and the marketing team will be responsible for building, owning, and running demand generation functions across all ESGTech products. Being in lockstep with sales, the marketing team will research, create, and implement marketing campaigns specific to the platform, products and in line with company growth and revenue targets. We are looking for experienced marketing leads who can lead by example, love an ever-changing customer environment, and sees ambitious markets as a challenge worth conquering.

**We’re looking for people with the following attributes**:

- Experience in generating demand for B2B enterprise platforms/products.
- Love the high-growth, dynamic technology scale-up environment.
- Knowledge of best-in-class marketing tech stacks.
- An expert understanding of the enterprise demand generation playbook, accompanied by a desire to get creative and experiment with new ideas, tactics, and opportunities.
- Willingness to teach and develop other team members.
- Significant experience in Marketing, with at least 5+ years owning and driving measurable results as a demand generation leader.

**You might be best suited if you can create/execute**:

- Projects where you’ve built marketing programs and systems from the ground up, that resulted in successful conversion of high targets for MQLs and SALs.
- Define and implement our demand generation strategy, set, and deliver on lead gen targets, and develop reporting on the conversion funnel and all demand generation activities.
- Execute, manage, and optimize our demand generation programs, with an emphasis on driving qualified top and mid-funnel leads from our target audiences.
- Own and run integrated campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and testing to analysis and iteration.
- Create and launch our segmentation and ABM strategy.
- Build and implement the systems to measure, track, and deliver on our targets.
- Scale your efforts across multiple regions and verticals.
- Help build a diverse, ambitious, creative, and high-achieving marketing team.
