We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Adjunct HYROX Trainer to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:As an Adjunct HYROX Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy HYROX training sessions designed to challenge and engage our members. HYROX is a unique fitness competition combining functional exercises with endurance, and we are looking for a trainer who can inspire, motivate, and guide participants through this intense workout program. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional training experience that helps our members push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and instruct HYROX training sessions, ensuring all participants are engaged, motivated, and challenged.
- Provide expert guidance on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts.
- Adapt sessions to accommodate varying fitness levels and abilities within the group.
- Offer personalized feedback and support to help members improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the class, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
- Stay current with HYROX training techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Snap Fitness team to promote HYROX training sessions and recruit new participants.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe training environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in personal training, group fitness, or a related field.
- Experience in leading high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or functional fitness classes.
- Knowledge of HYROX or similar functional fitness competitions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels and ensure safety for all participants.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Availability to teach classes during mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
