Roles & Responsibilities

Our group of founders who own two Anytime Fitness in the west and now expanded to additional two gyms in the East in Pasir Ris. We would like to increase our group classes like Hyrox, Muay Thai, Premium Yoga and a member retention program for our gyms in Singapore, with a clear objective to offer a engaged gym community, world class gym facilities and training services to help individuals embark on their fitness transformation journey.

We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Community & Content Engagement Executive to lead the charge in boosting community vibes, driving class participation, and elevating our brand presence across social media platforms for our two Anytime Fitness gyms in Pasir Ris — Elias CC and Downtown East. This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in both digital and face-to-face environments, with a passion for fitness, content creation, and building strong community connections.

We will help you hone the necessary skills too, through mentoring and on the job training. The role may require to travel to both gyms for on-site member engagement.

Your job responsibilities involve:

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (videos, photos, stories, reels) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Highlight gym culture, member transformations, class experiences, and events.
  • Manage content calendars and track engagement metrics

Group Class Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling and promoting group classes such as yoga, pilates, HYROX, strength training classes, aerial yoga, and pole fitness.
  • Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.
  • Encourage member participation through promotions and in-person outreach.

Community Engagement & Events

  • Act as the vibe creator — greet members, learn their stories, and make them feel part of the AF family.
  • Organise and support community-building initiatives like fitness challenges, social workouts, wellness talks, and member appreciation events.
  • Work closely with gym managers to align outreach efforts with business goals.

Brand Building & Partnerships

  • Build local partnerships with nearby businesses, cafes, and wellness providers to boost visibility and add value to member experiences.
  • Represent the gym brand in a positive and energetic way both online and offline.

Content Collaboration

  • Collaborate with members, trainers, and influencers for co-created content.
  • Document success stories and create member testimonials to build trust and community pride.
