Looking for Digital Lock Service Technician

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist, coordinate and execute daily service tasks, periodical maintenance schedule. and installing services.

2. Provide service and customer support during field visits or remote troubleshooting.

3. Manage all site installations, repairs, maintenance and test task.

4. Diagnose technical problems and provide proper solutions.

5. Adhere to company's field procedures and protocols.

6. Build positive relationships with customers.

7. Document service and installation works by completing service and project completion reports.

**Skills**:1. Understanding company's operation flow and protocol and have good knowledge of company's products and services to ensure correct advise to be given to customers.

2. Install and test products accordingly to customer's needs and provide proper usage instructions.

3. Carry out service, repairs and calibrations to customers’ requirements and following in-house work procedures.

4. Building strong and positive relationships with customers.

5. Complete all service-related documentations, including service reports, work orders & assembly data sheets.

6. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
