Responsibilities
Travel to customers’ homes to install and troubleshoot smart lock products.
Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation.
Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications.
Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
Maintain and replenish equipment and spare parts for daily operation needs.
Upkeep of company vehicle.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Able to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred (candidates with less experience but strong interest and aptitude are welcome to apply).
Willingness to attend to urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
