Tasks
- Help manage multi-asset portfolios that invest across public assets / private assets / geographic regions / sectors / factors / currencies and is expected to take ownership of the portfolio performance.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and translate these into implementable investment strategies. Formalizing strategy outlooks, and on optimizing return/risk profiles.
- Perform periodic monitoring, stress-test and analyze portfolio performance to ensure that sound portfolio quality is maintained
- Sourcing investments by building business relationships with new Partners and by maintaining constructive business relationships with existing Partners
- Regular diagnostics about portfolio holdings and market outlooks, including cashflow analysis
- Preparation of reporting materials
- Support and prepare reports of investment activities for clients
- Identify and manage process improvement initiatives to enhance risk control and efficiency
- Provide support to portfolio managers and team in all aspects of their work.
- Developing relationships with internal and external clients and handling requests for information from clients and other team members
- All other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years’ experience in portfolio management with track record, CFA is an advantage
- Disciplined risk taker with good risk management track record, ability to generate good risk-adjusted returns
- Self-driven, ambitious, willing to learn and grow with the team
- High degree of independent problem solving
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Mental discipline to solve complex problems and communicate effectively under pressure
- Practical knowledge of Bloomberg and its relevant features
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills (e.g. presentation, initiative, discretion, confidence and good customer service techniques).
- Strong technical ability and proficiency in one programming language (Phython) would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel including VBA
- Strong English communication skills - both verbal and written
