**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
- Responsible for overall maintenance & repair works of the plant equipment
- Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants
- Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is reflected timely and accurately in our in-house system
- Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
- Oversee Contractors / Vendors work

**Requirements**:
